I'm not even kidding. This cake really is incredible. A recipe that I got from my Mom who got it from... someone she used to know in Malawi. Go figure.

I indulged in some spooky Halloween baking on Saturday.

I would like to point out that I managed this while hungover - and still COVERED in fake blood. I blame Kateface.

In honor of mine and Kateface's slight esteem for Finland (and by slight regard you know we mean slight obsession), I made Korvapuusti. This is Finland's version of the cinnamon bun - and it is the best thing you will ever eat.
